"When our training manager left, the company decided we did not need to replace her and I took on many of her responsibilities. While I've been a soft skills trainer for years, training needs assessment, analysis and planning were new to me. I developed these skills but as my focus has always been HR, maybe there are other training and development skills I also needed to learn? SDSU's T&D Exchanges expose me to these skills and makes me aware of what our company needs to
do to remain competitive."
- Carla Bange, SPHR-CP
Director of Human Resources, TEAL Electronics Corporation
"SDSU's Training and Development Exchange is the best bargain in town! Get the latest information from professional HR leaders for a reasonable price in a manageable time frame. I look forward to each month's topics and appreciate the incredible networking opportunities."
- Paul Branch, human resources, senior employee development specialist, The San Diego Union-Tribune
