Rochelle Lowe’s career spans more than 25 years in Procurement, Contracts, and Small Business Program Advocacy.  Her experience and career background include her current position as Senior Manager and Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and her previous positions as a Director of Business Support Services, Chief of Procurement Operations, and Small Business Program Manager in the federal and commercial marketplace.  She is recognized as an industry subject matter expert and is a frequent presenter on building value in small business programs and across the enterprise from industry and government/small business perspectives.

In addition to managing the programs, she also served as trainer and held positions on several committees and boards including DoD Western Regional Council (former co-vice chair Interface Committee, current Education Committee chair) and TRIAD.

Rochelle holds an MBA and BA in Public Administration as well as a degree and certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management.  Since 2013, Rochelle has been engaged with SDSU Global Campus teaching classes within the Contract Management Certificate Program.
