Alejandro Castañeda is a highly accomplished consultant, professional corporate trainer, and keynote speaker with over 30 years of experience. He is a dual Mexican/American national and was born in Monterrey, Mexico in 1952. Mr. Castañeda holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from San Diego State University. He has taught at prestigious universities in the United States and Mexico, including the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, California State University San Marcos, Universidad Anáhuac, and Universidad Iberoamericana. Currently, he holds an online academic tenure at Universidad Autonoma de Coahuila in Mexico.
