Bryan Felber, MBA, CPCM, CFCM has held positions in contracts and procurement with various aerospace and defense contractors, with an emphasis in procurement compliance, ensuring government approved purchasing systems (Contractor Purchasing System Review [CPSR]) compliant purchasing systems. He has turned around failed systems and maintained approved systems.
Bryan has been in the Aerospace & Defense industry for almost 40 years with companies such as General Dynamics, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Boeing, Cubic, and Kratos Defense & Security Systems. Almost 35 years of his tenure at these companies has been in contracts, subcontracts, and purchasing related functions, including contract and subcontract management, material proposal estimating, and cost analysis. He has also worked in production operations, cost management, and finance.
Bryan is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). He earned an MBA and B.S. in business administration from SDSU, a Certificate in Contracts Management from SDSU, and a certificate in Cost Analysis from USD.
In some of his spare time, Bryan has served on various Boards and Commissions for the City of Chula Vista, including serving as the chair of the Planning Commission, and as a member of the Growth Management Oversight Commission, the Redevelopment Advisory Committee, and currently serves on the Charter Review Commission.
