Daniel A. Chalfant is President and founder of Alexander Associates LLC, a Government Contract Management consulting firm.
Inventor of the Labor Rate Load Factors, and Census Rate Tool. He is an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University in Contract Management program and at the University of Redlands Supply Chain Management program. He has worked in Government Contract Pricing and Cost/Price Analysis for over 40 years. He has an MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI), and is a Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), and Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) through the National Contract Management Association (NCMA). he is also a Certified Purchasing Manager by ISM, and a NCMA Fellow.
