Jacqueline Penhos, M.A., is a psychology professor at Southwestern Community College and a mindfulness and empowerment coach. She has served as a career counselor and work family life consultant for the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy. Jacqueline believes in the art of giving, the power of diversity, and paying it forward with our actions, words and thoughts. Her interest in training others to reach their maximum potential led her to start the nonprofit Hugs & Bags, which supports homeless teens, veterans, immigrants and others in transition meet their basic needs.
