(Shared Interest Group Leader) Jonnie Wilson is a San Diego author and historian, with more than 45 years of experience as a researcher, writer, and editor. Following retirement from the San Diego Unified School District, where she worked as a curriculum writer and editor, she joined the Osher program (2013) and served on the Curriculum Committee for several years prior to the pandemic. Jonnie currently serves on the boards of the Ocean Beach Historical Society and the Congress of History of San Diego and Imperial Counties, an umbrella organization for historical societies and museums throughout the region.
