Noelle is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the San Diego State University/University of California San Diego joint doctoral program in Language and Communicative Disorders and is also the lab manager of the Language and Neuroscience Group (LaNG). She received her master’s degree in 2018 from the University of California, Davis in psycho/neurolinguistics, and from that experience became interested in the neural basis of impaired speech processing. Her current research investigates blood flow and brain network connectivity patterns in adults with aphasia and children with a developmental language disorder.
