Scott Burks is a distinguished Senior Real Estate Specialist licensed by The National Association of Realtors, holding the Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional certification by the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and serving as an Independent Mortgage Broker. A Southern California native, Scott graduated from Cal State San Marcos in 1993 and has been happily married for 26 years, raising three children.
