Sean Behan is a Chief of Procurement Services with the County of San Diego, Department of Purchasing and Contracting. His department is responsible for over 2.1 Billion Dollars of public spend on goods and services each year. Sean is responsible for the Public Safety Group, the County P-Card Unit, and all enterprise wide contracts for the County.
His 23 years with the county began right after law school with the Department of Child Support Services where he spent seven years. His next twelve years were as the Contracts Manager with the Probation Department, managing a portfolio of 200 contracts and agreements. Sean graduated with a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
