Sharonda Bishop is the Founder and Owner of Bishop Consulting, a Human Resource and Training company, serving Orange County and Inland Empire. Sharonda possesses over 25 years of human resources, payroll, and training experience, working with employees and managers on a one-to-one level, honing their communication, teamwork and leadership skills. She is a lecturer at Cal Poly Pomona University, UCR Extension and the Global Campus at SDSU. An active member of her community, Sharonda is on the board of directors of Inland Valley Hope Partners (www.inlandvalleyhopepartners.org), an organization that serves over 18,000 meals annually in the Inland Empire via seven food pantries, and the SHRM Inland Valley chapter, PIHRA (www.pihra.org). She is proud to be a doctoral student at DePaul University perusing her DBA degree.
