About the SDSU School of Music and Dance

The mission of San Diego State University’s School of Music and Dance is to provide the highest quality education for performers, choreographers, educators, researchers, and those who may be in fields related to music and dance. In addition, the School of Music and Dance is committed to providing the general student, our future audience, with the deepest understanding and appreciation of music and dance. How to Register

Please note that the Music & Dance courses listed above are only available to students who have been identified as eligible for participation by the School of Music & Dance. By participating in one of these courses, you’ll earn Extension Credit that will appear on your SDSU transcript.

Once you’ve received approval to register, follow the steps below to begin the registration process.

  1. Once you’ve chosen your courses, click the Enroll button below to begin the registration process. Please indicate on the form that you’d like to register for courses.

  2. Once you’ve filled out the Enrollment form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from SDSU Global Campus within 2-3 business days with the next steps to complete your enrollment.
  3. Once registration opens for your courses, you can register in the my.SDSU portal.
